These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase goods from our online store. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

We operate in Sweden, and your statutory consumer rights under Swedish and EU law always apply.
Ordering & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
A binding agreement is created once your order is confirmed via email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
– the item is out of stock,
– incorrect information has been published,
– payment is not received, or
– the order is suspected to be fraudulent.
You must be 18 years or older to shop with us.
Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in SEK and exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
– Credit/Debit card
All payments are processed securely via WooCommerce Payments, in partnership with Stripe. We do not store your card details — all payment information is handled securely by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Standard shipping: 69 SEK
Free shipping on all orders above 600 SEK
International
Standard shipping: 199 SEK
Free shipping on all orders above 2000 SEK
We deliver using:
– DB Schenker
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days if your order before 12 PM (UTC+1). During peak periods, delivery times may vary.
Packages not collected within the carrier’s time limit will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 300 SEK for uncollected packages to cover return freight and administration.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us by email before the 14-day period expires.
You must send the item back within 14 days after notifying us.
Customer responsibility:
– You pay for return shipping (unless otherwise stated)
– The item must be returned in essentially unchanged condition
– You are responsible for the item during the return shipment
Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Custom-made or personalized items
– Sealed hygiene products once opened
– Digital products that have already been delivered with your approval
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have received the return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless specified otherwise.
Always keep your receipt and tracking number until the return is processed.
Complaints
You have the right to complain about defective goods within 3 years.
Complaints should be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered (normally within 2 months).
If the complaint is approved, we will either:
– repair the item,
– replace it,
– offer a price reduction, or
– provide a full refund.
We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We aim to provide clear and accurate product information, but the following may occur:

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to:

Size & Measurements
All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between items.

Packaging

We cannot guarantee that all product images perfectly represent the actual item, but we always strive for accuracy.
